Extension, Renovation and Upgradation of Auditorium and Council Hall and Finishing Works of Centre of Excellence at Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), Islamabad has allocated funds for the procurement of various construction services planned during the financial year 2026/27. Part of the proceeds of these funds will be used to cover eligible payments under contracts resulting from the following respective procurement activities. Items being procured: - Extension, Renovation, and Upgradation of Auditorium and Council Hall in IET Building at Main Campus, Islamabad - Finishing Works of Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Care & Education at Main Campus, Islamabad The scope includes extensive construction and finishing works at the university's main campus in Islamabad. The projects involve upgrading key university facilities to enhance infrastructure and educational environment. Bidders must submit separate electronic bids (e-bids) through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS V2.0). Each bid must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in acceptable form as prescribed in the bidding documents.
