New Construction of Room & Ramp for Burn Unit at Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi

Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi invites bids through the E-PAD System (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KP PPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended time to time, on Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the following work. Items being procured: - New Construction of Room & Ramp for Burn Unit at BKMC/GKMC-MTI, Swabi (3rd Time) This project involves civil construction work for a new room and ramp specifically designed for the Burn Unit at Bacha Khan Medical Complex in Swabi. The scope includes all necessary materials and workmanship to complete the construction as per hospital specifications. The site is located within the medical complex premises. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013. Bid security must be submitted as per the engineer's estimates and original bid security and stamp papers must be submitted before the closing date and time. Note that bid security in the form of a Pay Order is not acceptable. The last date for submission of e-bids is on 12-11-2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting was held on 02-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit typed tenders on original prescribing letter pad, signed and stamped on every page, via the EPADS system. Handwritten tenders or alternate rates will not be accepted.
