Tender Description
Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Lahore invites bids for hiring a firm to conduct external audits for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26. This procurement is managed by the Punjab Education Foundation, a government autonomous body promoting quality education through public-private partnership in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- External audit services of PEF for FY 2024-25
- External audit services of PEF for FY 2025-26
The scope includes comprehensive external audit services as per the detailed specifications and eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. The contract is a lump sum agreement for the entire audit period. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and comply with PPR-14 Rule 38 (2)(a). The bidding follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure ensuring technical and financial bids are evaluated separately.
Eligible firms should have valid registration with tax departments and relevant experience in audit services. The bidding documents are available immediately on Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA, and PEF websites. The bid submission deadline is 11:00 AM on August 19, 2026, with bids opened at 11:30 AM the same day at Punjab Education Foundation office, 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore.
Bidders are advised to ensure their bids comply fully with the technical and financial requirements and submit through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest Money or Bid Security is not required for this tender. The bid validity period is 180 days from the closing date. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
