Hiring of External Audit Services for Three Years

Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Lahore is inviting qualified and experienced audit firms listed in Category A of auditors maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan for the provision of external audit services for a period of three (03) years. This procurement is specifically for external audit services to ensure compliance and financial transparency for RUDA’s operations in Lahore. Items being procured: - External audit services for three years The scope includes conducting comprehensive external audits in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The audit firms must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The tender document can be obtained upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/CDR of PKR 10,000 issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan, valid for 90 days, in favor of Ravi Urban Development Authority. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per RUDA Procurement Regulations 2022 (amended), available on RUDA’s official website. Eligible bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in sealed envelopes by 3 August 2026 at 11:00 AM at RUDA’s office. A bid security of PKR 50,000 valid for 90 days beyond bid validity must accompany the technical proposal. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or overwritten bids will be rejected. The retiring or current audit firm and any directly or indirectly affiliated firms are not eligible to participate.
