External Paint Work for Office, Security, Gate Assistant, Account Room, Washrooms and Boundary Wall at Sahiwal Depot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for external paint work at its Sahiwal Depot. This procurement covers painting services for various office and operational areas including the Office, Security, Gate Assistant, Account Room, Washrooms, and the Boundary Wall. The work is to be carried out under the supervision and satisfaction of the Depot Engineer/DI in Sahiwal. Items being procured: - Removal of all damaged and brittle plaster (25 M2) - Providing and applying plain cement plaster (SR Cement) in ratio 1:4 at any height and wall surfaces as preparation before painting - Applying two coats of weather shield paint (ICI or equivalent) on plastered surfaces including surface preparation and filling depressions with putty (550 M2) The scope includes complete surface preparation, plastering where required, and application of approved quality weather shield paint. All materials, paint, tools, equipment, and transportation are to be provided by the contractor. The contractor must provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strictly follow safety rules. Work completion period is 80 days after issuance of the service order. Payment will be made based on actual measurements and verified quantities, with part payments allowed on submission of running bills. Eligibility requires adherence to safety and quality standards as per PSO requirements. The paint make, shade, and numbers will be approved by the Depot Engineer. All taxes are included in the rates.
