Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal at http://epads.gov.pk by or before **November 13, 2026, at 11:30 AM**. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of Deputy Director Works Division-II CDA is mandatory. Original bid security must be submitted to the Deputy Director Works office before three days of bid submission deadline. The bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 12:00 hrs at the office of Director Works CDA, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad.
