Overhaul and Jet Banking Maintenance at Karachi Airport Per Block

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites sealed bids from reputable and PEC-registered contractors for the overhaul and jet banking maintenance of per block and over hall at Karachi Airport for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance and overhaul of jet banking systems, HVAC&R, and associated mechanical and electrical works for the specified blocks at Karachi Airport. Only firms registered with PEC in category C-4 or above, with relevant experience in airport or aviation sector maintenance, are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Overhaul of jet banking systems (Narrow body) - Maintenance of HVAC&R systems - Associated mechanical and electrical works at Karachi Airport per block The technical scope covers all necessary repairs, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness of jet banking and related infrastructure. Contractors must ensure compliance with all aviation safety and operational standards. Earnest Money of PKR 1,500,000 in the form of Pay Order or CDR is required with the bid. Bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and provide evidence of similar completed projects in the last five years. Tender documents and detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) can be obtained from the PIA Engineering Procurement office or downloaded from www.piac.com.pk upon payment of the prescribed fee. Sealed bids must be submitted to the General Manager, Engineering Procurement & Logistics, PIA Head Office, Karachi, by 10:30 AM on 11-11-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
