External Painting and Renovation Works for Government Buildings in Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for external painting and renovation works of government buildings located in Islamabad. The projects include: - External painting of the existing building facade at FPSC Pakistan, Islamabad - External painting of the existing building at FBR, Islamabad - External painting and renovation of the building facade at Radio Pakistan, Islamabad These works involve detailed facade painting and renovation to enhance the appearance and structural integrity of the buildings. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid registration in Category C-6 or above and possess relevant codes as per bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by 13 November 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. A bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of Deputy Director Works Division-II, CDA, is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted three days prior to bid submission at the office of Deputy Director Works-II, CDA. Bids without proper security will be rejected. The bid opening will be held publicly on the same day at 12:00 hrs at the office of Director Works CDA, Room No. 21, Block E, Old Naval Headquarters, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad.
