Tender Description
Medical Teaching Institution DHQ Teaching Hospital Dera Ismail Khan is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of specialized medical equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) platform, under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP-PRA Rules 2014. The notice is specifically targeted at eligible suppliers and manufacturers who are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and are compliant with all relevant tax regulations.
Items being procured:
- Urology Equipment (2 percent bid security CDR required)
- Tissue Fusion and Vessel Sealing System (2 percent bid security CDR required; pre-bid meeting on 8th September 2026 at 12:00 AM)
- Eye Equipment (2 percent bid security CDR required)
- ENT-Electro Surgical Units (2 percent bid security CDR required)
All equipment must meet the technical specifications outlined in the bid documents, which can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) after publication of this advertisement. The technical bid opening will take place on 22nd September 2026 at 12:00 Noon, and the bid submission deadline is 22nd September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders must upload all required documents and the scanned bid security on EPADS; physical submission of bid security (in original) is also mandatory in the name of MTI DHQ TH D.I.Khan. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 8th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon in the Committee Room of DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I.Khan, where any queries related to the bidding process will be addressed. Only those bidders who have registered on EPADS and obtained their unique username and password will be eligible to participate. It is advisable for bidders to ensure their registration on EPADS well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
