Fabrication of FHD Outdoor Broadcast Equipped Truck with All Allied Equipment

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC) invites technical proposals in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004, 36(C) [PPRA Rules 2026, 27(C)] for a Two Stage Bidding Procedure from registered and reputed firms authorized by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or foreign bidders for the procurement and fabrication of an OB Van/Truck titled as 'FABRICATION OF FHD OUTDOOR BROADCAST EQUIPPED TRUCK WITH ALL ALLIED EQUIPMENT' under the PSDP project 'Revamping of PTVC'. Items being procured: - Fabrication of FHD Outdoor Broadcast Equipped Truck - All allied equipment related to the broadcast truck Specifications of equipment along with terms and conditions can be downloaded from PPRA (https://ppra.gov.pk) and PTVC (https://ptv.com.pk) websites or collected from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Original Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents must be submitted along with the sealed hard copy of the Technical Proposal. The sealed envelope should clearly mention 'FABRICATION OF FHD OUTDOOR BROADCAST EQUIPPED TRUCK WITH ALL ALLIED EQUIPMENT (REVAMPING OF PTVC)'. Technical proposals will be opened after 1130 Hours on the closing date in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who may wish to attend. Financial proposals will be invited from pre-qualified firms at the second stage. Eligibility requires firms to be registered and reputed, authorized by OEM or foreign bidders, and to comply with PPRA rules. Earnest Money and Bid Security must be provided as per bidding documents.
