Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites bids for the fabrication of five vehicles specifically designed for the establishment of mobile food testing laboratories for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted under the National Open Competitive Bidding method through the KP-EPADS system using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.

- Fabrication of Five (05) Vehicles for Establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories
The scope includes the complete fabrication of specialized vehicles equipped to serve as mobile laboratories for food testing, ensuring compliance with safety and halal standards. Bidders must ensure that the vehicles meet the technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bid solicitation documents.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a Bid Security/Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority. The bid documents, including detailed descriptions and evaluation criteria, are available for free download from www.kpfsa.gov.pk and www.kppra.gov.pk, as well as on the KP-EPADS system.
Bids must be submitted electronically via the KP-EPADS portal on or before the deadline of 28th October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13th October 2026 at 12:00 PM in the Conference Room of the Directorate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority, Peshawar.
