Framework Contract for Purchase of Tyres, Batteries, Air Filters, Oil Filters, Diesel Filters & AC Filters for Motor Transport Wing Vehicles

The Services & General Administration Department Punjab, Motor Transport Wing, Lahore invites e-bids through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the award of Framework Contracts. The contracts are for the purchase of essential vehicle parts and consumables for official vehicles of the Motor Transport Wing, S&GAD. Items being procured: - Tyres (Amount Rs. 30 Million, Bid Security Rs. 1,500,000) - Batteries (Amount Rs. 2 Million, Bid Security Rs. 100,000) - Air Filters, Oil Filters, Diesel Filters & AC Filters (Amount Rs. 3 Million, Bid Security Rs. 150,000) The services will be required on a need basis during the Framework Contract period through duly authorized Work Orders or Call-Off Orders issued by the Motor Transport Wing. The detailed scope of services and vehicle categories is provided in the bidding documents (Section VIII). Eligible bidders must be reputable automobile workshops, firms, or companies with relevant experience and valid registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities where applicable. Bidders must provide a Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical submission of bid securities is not accepted. The Framework Contract will remain valid until 30th June 2027, with approved rates fixed for the contract period. Bidders may participate in one or more lots, and awards may be made to different successful bidders as per procurement rules. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 28th October 2026 at 02:30 PM. The bid opening will be held the same day at 03:00 PM.
