Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites experienced Manufacturers, Fabricators, Suppliers, and Firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC Registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to submit E-tenders for fabrication of solid waste machinery for Tehsil Municipal Officer Battaira Kolai. The chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 - 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) The procurement follows the single stage - two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014 (Technical and Financial). Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and submit/upload their bids through EPADS by the deadline. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Original 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of 'TMO TMA Battaira Kolai' must be sealed and submitted before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to staff. Late, conditional, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order is subject to release of funds.
