Pre-Qualification of Repair & Maintenance of Hardware, Furniture & Fixture, Machinery Equipment and Vehicles

The Islamabad Model College for Girls (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites bids for the pre-qualification of repair and maintenance services covering hardware, furniture and fixtures, machinery equipment, and vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair of Vehicles: Bedford Bus, Carry Van, Motorcycle (3 units) - Repair of Machinery Equipment: Ceiling Fans, Bracket Fans, Electric Water Coolers, Photostat Machine, Dispenser, AC, Grass Cutter Machine, Sound System, Exhaust Fans, Projector (150 units) - Repair of Furniture & Fixture: Students Arm Chairs, Table, Rostrum, Hall Table, Steel Almirah, Wooden Almirah, Computer Tables, Doors, Curtains (250 units) - Repair of Hardware: Computer, Printer, LCD/LED Computer, LCD/LED TV, Biometric devices (55 units) The scope includes repair, maintenance, servicing, and restoration of the College's vehicles, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, and computer/IT hardware. The selected service provider shall provide skilled technical services, labor, necessary tools, minor repair work, fault diagnosis, replacement of defective parts, and ensure proper functioning of repaired items. All work must comply with the College administration's instructions and satisfy the authorized inspection and technical committee. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant technical competence, financial resources, equipment, and experience. Registration with FBR and NADRA citizenship verification is mandatory.
