Special Repair Works for Removal of Snow from Murree Hills Area 2026-27 by Punjab Highway Department

The Punjab Highway Department invites tenders for special repair works related to the removal of snow from the Murree Hills area for the fiscal year 2026-27. These works are divided into three groups covering supply and hiring services. Items being procured: - Supply of Frost Solvent Salt (Group I) - Supply of Allied Material (Group II) - Hiring of Private Jeeps & Double Cabin Pickup (Group III) The scope includes the supply of frost solvent salt and allied materials essential for snow removal, as well as the hiring of vehicles to assist in the operations. The works are scheduled for completion within 1 to 6 months depending on the group. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category ME07 (General Mechanical Works) and must have valid registration on the Punjab PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via the Punjab e-Procurement System using a bank pay order. Physical bid securities such as CDR or cheque will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 10-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Contractors must attend the office of the Commissioner on the opening date. Any submission of incorrect or incomplete documents such as CDR or receipts may lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule-35.
