Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Lower Tanawal is inviting bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is specifically for the fabrication and supply of machinery to support solid waste management in Lower Tanawal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The department requires experienced manufacturers or fabricators with valid NTN, GST, PEC registration, and 3S facility to participate. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) The technical scope includes the complete fabrication of the machinery as per detailed specifications, ensuring quality and operational readiness. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by TMA. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing complete operational training to the staff to ensure proper use and maintenance. Eligibility criteria include registration on the EPAD link, NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and experience in fabrication of similar machinery. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS e-bidding system by 03-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR in favor of TMO TMA Lower Tanawal is required. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable as per government rules. Rates should be quoted on a free on road (FOR) basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The submission deadline is strictly 03-09-2026. Bidders are advised to ensure their bids are complete, conditional or late bids will not be entertained.
