Pre-Qualification for Repair & Maintenance of Machinery, Hardware, Furniture and Office Buildings under Open Framework Agreement

The Cannabis Control & Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Islamabad, invites pre-qualification proposals from workshops and firms for repair and maintenance services. This includes machinery and equipment, hardware, furniture and fixtures, as well as repair and renovation of office buildings. The contract will be under an open framework agreement for a period of three (03) years. Items being procured: - Repair & maintenance of machinery/equipment - Repair & maintenance of hardware - Repair & maintenance of furniture/fixtures - Repair and renovation of office buildings The scope covers comprehensive maintenance and repair work to ensure operational efficiency and upkeep of CCRA's assets and office infrastructure. Eligible firms should have relevant experience and capability to handle multi-disciplinary repair and maintenance tasks. The original pre-qualification notice terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria remain unchanged. The submission deadline has been extended to 01 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with proposal opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Proposals should be submitted to the CCRA Headquarters at 25-A, Sector-H-9/1, Islamabad.
