Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) Chakala invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at the PAF Base located in Chakala, Punjab. This procurement is conducted under the PPRA Rule 13 (1) of 2004 and involves multiple lots of facility provision works at the base.

The scope includes construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at the PAF Base. Firms must have experience in these fields and be registered with PEC in relevant categories. Only firms enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 or above with validity up to June 2027 are eligible. Preferably, firms enlisted with MES in Category A are invited. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% bid security which is refundable. Contractors must provide certificates confirming no litigation or outstanding issues with government departments.
Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be submitted at HQ DW & CE (PAF) Chakala by 1130 hours on 06 October 2026. The opening of bids will be at 1200 hours the same day. Bidders must submit complete applications including work orders, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years.
