Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Bahrain

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Bahrain invites qualified manufacturers and fabricators to submit e-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is specifically for the fabrication of 1.25-1.5 M3 Mini tripper/Mini Dumper as per specifications in SBDs, with a quantity of 2 units required. The work will be carried out under the supervision of the Tehsil Municipal Administration Bahrain located in the city of Bahrain, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Fabrication of 1.25-1.5 M3 Mini tripper/Mini Dumper (2 units) The technical scope includes complete fabrication in all respects according to the provided specifications. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and comply with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) rules 2014 under the single stage two envelope method (Technical and Financial). The bidders must have NTN, GST, and 3S facility and be experienced manufacturers/fabricators in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligibility criteria include registration on the EPAD portal, submission of original 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Bahrain, and compliance with all applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS by 08 September 2023 up to 2:00 PM. Late or manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bids will be evaluated first, and financial bids of technically accepted bidders will be opened publicly at a later date communicated via email. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reasons as per KP-PRA rules. Successful bidders will also be required to provide complete operational training to the staff.
