Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Battaira Kolai

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Battaira Kolai under the Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites experienced and reputed manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is specifically for the city of Battaira Kolai in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender follows the single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial bids. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 - 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) The technical scope includes the complete fabrication and supply of the above machinery with all specifications met. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA. Bidders must have valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement entity will evaluate technical proposals strictly and reject non-conforming bids. Financial bids of technically accepted bidders will be opened publicly at a later communicated date. Eligibility requires registration on the EPAD portal, NTN, GST, PEC registration, and earnest money in the form of 2% CDR of the total bid price. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to staff. The E-bid must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 06-11-2026 till 11:30 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
