Procurement and Installation of Incinerator Support Systems

Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi invites bids for the procurement and installation of Incinerator Support Systems. This tender is being conducted by the Hospital Director of Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi, located in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to upload their bids on the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) portal by the deadline of 23-11-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security must be submitted from the account of the firm, bidder, or contractor in favor of the Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi. Items being procured: - Procurement and Installation of Incinerator Support Systems The scope includes supply and installation of incinerator support systems as per hospital specifications. Only typed tenders on original prescribing letter pad, signed and stamped on every page, will be accepted. Handwritten tenders are not acceptable. Alternate rates will not be entertained. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) is mandatory. Original bid security and original e-stamp papers must be submitted in hard copy; otherwise, the tender will be rejected. Income Tax, Stamp Duty, General Sales Tax (GST), or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules. Note that bid security in the form of Pay Order (PO) will not be accepted. A detailed list of specifications and BSDs can be obtained from Bacha Khan Medical Complex MTI Swabi website www.gkmcs.edu.pk or www.bkmcs.edu.pk and also uploaded on EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11-11-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room Admin Block. No additional documents will be entertained after tender opening. The Medical Complex reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under Rule 47 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bidders should ensure timely submission on EPADS and comply strictly with all terms and conditions to avoid disqualification. Pay close attention to the bid security requirements and ensure all documents are complete and original to avoid rejection.
