Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Officer Jandola

The Tehsil Municipal Officer Jandola has received funds from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and intends to purchase solid waste machinery from reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and 3S facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement will follow the single stage two envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014 (Technical and Financial). The chassis for the work will be supplied by TMA. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 - 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) The technical bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before 15-09-2026 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Original 2% bid security in the shape of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Jandola is required. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable as per government rules. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis with free supply delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to the staff. Purchase order will be subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids through the EPADS portal and maintain compliance with all technical and financial requirements. It is advisable to carefully review the specifications and prepare the bid documents accordingly to avoid disqualification. The provision of operational training is a key requirement, so bidders should plan resources accordingly.
