Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati invites bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is aimed at manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms with valid NTN, GST, PEC registration, and 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by TMA. Items being procured: - Supply/Fabrication of Front-end loader and Back Hoe as per specifications (Qty: 01) - Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini Tipper (Qty: 03) - Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 02) The scope includes fabrication of solid waste machinery with technical and financial bids invited under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The work will be executed as per work orders with delivery to the TMA office on FOR basis. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and submit/upload their bids through EPADS by 16/11/2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM. Eligibility requires NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and FBR registration/Tax Payer certification. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati must be submitted in a sealed envelope via registered courier. Specifications and details will be available for download on EPADS. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced as per government rules. Successful bidders must provide complete operational training to staff. Late, conditional, incomplete, or hand-submitted bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders are subject to fund release.
