Local Purchase of Panels for SMT at PN Dockyard Karachi

The Pakistan Navy, through its PN Dockyard Karachi office, invites registered firms with Headquarters COMLOG and other government departments to submit quotations for local purchase items required for SMT. The procurement involves specific panels essential for ship maintenance and repair work at the dockyard. Items being procured: - Panels of Shell Stbd 10m x 2.25m (02 Nos) - Panels of Bottom 10.6m x 1.45m (02 Nos) - Panels of End Plates 2m x 1.2m (04 Nos) These panels are critical components for structural repairs and maintenance of naval vessels. The materials must meet the required specifications and quality standards to ensure durability and safety. The site of delivery and usage is the PN Dockyard Karachi, a major naval facility. Firms must be registered for sales tax and include all applicable taxes such as income tax and sales tax in their prices. Quotations must clearly indicate the registration number, company name, quotation number, and date on the envelope. Warranty and guarantee will be provided by the subcontractor on form DPL-15. Transport for collection and delivery to and from SCD/HE Sur will be arranged by the supplier. Prices quoted should remain valid for at least 60 days. Defective goods must be replaced or repaired, otherwise a price reduction of up to 10% will apply. Proper marking of goods with supplier name, supply date, and delivery details is mandatory. Delivery is expected within 15 working days. Quotations must be deposited in the quotations box at the office of HE Sur PN Dockyard Karachi by 13 November 2026 till 11:00 AM. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the PN Dockyard Karachi office.
