Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Nowshera invites sealed tenders for the fabrication and supply of solid water machinery under tender number MRS-2025 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Eligible contractors, fabricators, and manufacturers registered with NTN, GST, and KPRA with active status and local council board enlistment are invited to participate.
Items being procured:
- Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydraulic Mini Dumper Bodies (CHANGAN SHERPA POWER EA-12 1.2L) qty 03
- Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Heavy-Duty Tractor Trolleys compatible with Millat Tractor MF-375 (75 HP) qty 03
- Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Front-End Loader and Backhoe Attachment on Millat Tractor Model MF-385 (85 HP), 4WD supplied by Procuring Entity qty 01
The scope includes complete fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of the machinery in fully operational condition. The contractor will be responsible for the delivery and a minimum one-year defect liability/warranty period. Successful bidders must also provide operational training to the staff of the procuring entity.
Bidders must submit technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes via the E-PADS portal and send hard copies to the TMO office before the deadline. Earnest money as per bid submitted is required. The technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of qualified bidders. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
The last date and time for submission is 07 September 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bid opening at 01:30 PM the same day. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. All pages of tender documents must be signed and stamped by the bidder. The contractor must comply with PEC specialization codes ME05 for lifting, handling, and material processing plants.
