Fabrication and Supply of Tractor Trolleys and Mini Tipper Mounted on Pick-ups

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Mandanr District Buner is procuring fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery including Tractor Trolleys with 5 Tons capacity and Mini Tippers of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters mounted on pick-ups. This procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and targets experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers with valid NTN, GST, and PEC registration along with 3S facilities (Sale, Service, and Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The technical scope includes fabrication of tractor trolleys and mini tippers with chassis supplied by TMA. The bidders must submit their technical and financial bids through the EPADS e-tendering system under the single stage two envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The technical bids will be opened on 21-05-2026 at 12:00 PM, and financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration, NTN, GST, and experience in similar fabrication works. Bidders must also provide a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of TMO TMA Mandanr, Buner. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and KPPRA taxes will be applicable as per government rules. The tender documents are available from 21-05-2026 and must be submitted by the same date before 11:30 AM via EPADS. The original bid security must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the TMA office before the closing date. The successful bidder will also provide operational training to the staff.
