Bidders must provide a valid source of supply (bank statement), proof of previous contracts, and details of manufacturing capability. The permissible limits for toxins in Canola and Rapeseed Meal must be strictly adhered to, and any rejected lots must be replaced at the supplier's cost. Eligibility criteria require submission of earnest money at 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of CDR in favor of DG RV&F.
