Supply of Fiber Connectivity and CIR Internet Connectivity Service at University of Kotli AJK

Sealed tenders are invited from registered and well-reputed vendors having valid and operational LL license with Commencement Letter and OFC expertise throughout Fiber connectivity, own Static IP pool for Committed Information Rate (CIR) Internet Connectivity Service at University of Kotli AJK. Items being procured: - Fiber connectivity service - CIR Internet Connectivity Service Tender documents including details of items, specifications, and terms can be obtained from the office of Assistant Treasurer UoK on payment of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) in shape of Bank Challan in favor of Treasurer UoK AJK. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on 04-11-2026 at the office of Treasurer UoK. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Financial proposals must be accompanied by Rs. 800,000 as Bid Security/Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK. Rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees on F.O.R UoK basis and remain valid for 120 days. All prevailing taxes will be deducted as per government rules at the time of payment.
