Tender Description
Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites E-Bids from manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers registered with FBR for Sales Tax and Income Tax. Bidders must have their names on the active Tax Payer list and at least 5 years' experience in similar works for fiber glass made security check posts at Bhalwal Industrial Estate, Bhalwal. The bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis.
Items being procured:
- Fiber glass made security check posts
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. E-bids must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) by 22nd October 2026 by 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. No bids other than Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) will be accepted.
Bid security amounting to Rs. 19,488/- in favor of PIEDMC (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System regulations. No physical financial instruments like CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Bank Draft will be accepted.
If a firm is found blacklisted by PIEDMC and PPRA or provides false/misleading information, its bid will be cancelled and recommended for punitive action. PIEDMC management reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
