Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules following the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be submitted. A postal order of Rs 2000 should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
