Construction of Fire Watch Tower at Kabghani District Swabi for Mardan Forest Division

The Mardan Forest Division is inviting e-tenders from well-reputed and KPRA-registered contractors for the construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Kabghani, located in District Swabi under the administrative control of Mardan Forest Division. This procurement is part of the project titled Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Sustainable Forest Fire Management and Management System in Central Southern Forest Region-I. Items being procured: - Construction of a Fire Watch Tower at Kabghani (District Swabi) of Mardan Forest Division (Estimated Cost: Rs. 6.00 Million, Completion Time: 03 Months) The technical scope includes all civil works required for the construction of the fire watch tower, using materials and specifications as detailed in the Bidding Solicitation Documents (E-BSD). The project is based on MRS-2024 1st Bi-Annual rates and requires completion within three months from the date of award. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the year 2025-26 and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) are eligible to participate. Interested bidders must be registered on the KP e-Procurement portal (EPADS) and submit their bids online by 28th August 2026, 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. A 2 percent Bid Security (CDR) of the estimated cost, in favor of Divisional Forest Officer Mardan, is required. All bids must be digitally signed and stamped by an authorized person of the firm. No hard copies will be accepted, and incomplete or late bids will not be entertained.
