The Sindh Fisheries Department, under the Accelerated Action Plan (AAP) for addressing malnutrition and stunting, invites sealed bids for the supply of essential fishery inputs for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at supporting the Sindh Fisheries sector in Karachi and surrounding areas, ensuring the timely provision of quality feed, seed, and chemicals to enhance aquaculture productivity. Items being procured: - Fish Feed (Floating, 4mm) for hatcheries (Bid Fee: Rs. 2,000) - Fish Seed (Various species) for hatcheries (Bid Fee: Rs. 2,000) - Chemicals (for water quality management) for hatcheries (Bid Fee: Rs. 2,000) - Fish Feed (Sinking, 4mm) for hatcheries (Bid Fee: Rs. 2,000) - Fish Seed (Tilapia, 4mm) for hatcheries (Bid Fee: Rs. 2,000) The technical scope includes the supply and delivery of high-quality fish feed (both floating and sinking types), various species of fish seed including tilapia, and water quality management chemicals, all to be delivered to the designated hatcheries as per the department's requirements. Bidders must ensure that all products meet the specified standards and are suitable for use in aquaculture operations. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of 5% of the quoted amount is required in the form of a pay order or demand draft. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal or in person at the designated office address. The last date for submission of bids is 08-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Program Management Unit (PMU), Block F, C-6, Fisheries Complex, Karachi.
