Flooring, Grinding, Wooden Work, Roof Turbo Exhaust Fan and Wooden and Hardware Material for Faculty Offices and Labs of Pharmacy Department, CUI-Lahore

The Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of goods for the Faculty offices and Labs of the Pharmacy Department at CUI-Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and includes a comprehensive package of flooring, grinding, wooden work, roof turbo exhaust fan, and wooden and hardware materials. The procurement will be conducted under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method with a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Premium Quality Imported HDF Laminated Wooden Flooring (8mm thick, AC4 cycle>4000) covering 1238 square feet - Grinding, rubbing, sanding and polishing services for Corian table tops (400 square feet) - Laboratory under shelves front shutter with solid Kail wood frame and laminated chipboard (273 square feet) - Installation, testing and commissioning of 24 inch roof mounted turbo hot air extractor/exhaust fan (2 units) - Supply of Chipboard Lamination sheets (16 sheets) - Supply of Kail Wood Strips in various sizes and lengths (20 and 40 lengths) - Supply of Glue german/calabond (4 kg) - Supply of M.S Iron nails 1.25 inch and 1 inch headless (1 box each) - Supply of M.S Iron strip hinges (7 lengths) The technical scope includes high-quality materials and services meeting international standards such as EN 438 for flooring and premium brand specifications for hardware items. The turbo exhaust fan is a heavy-duty GI/SS steel body unit with a one-year warranty and installation retention money held by CUI-Lahore. Bidders must quote all items with quality standards of brands as per the bidding documents. The Letter of Award or Purchase Order will be issued on a pack-wise or turnkey basis. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0, with the original bid security physically delivered to Comsats University Islamabad, Defence Road, Lahore before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
