Construction of Flyover Bridge at Hyder Chowk Hyderabad

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids for the construction of a flyover bridge at Hyder Chowk, Hyderabad. This procurement is being conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope method as per PPRA Rules, and all eligible constructors/firms with valid PEC registration are encouraged to participate. Items being procured: - Construction of Flyover Bridge at Hyder Chowk, Hyderabad (complete civil works as per BOQs and specifications) The technical scope includes all civil, structural, and associated works required for the successful completion of the flyover bridge. Bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C2 or higher, with relevant discipline codes CE01, CE02, and CE10. Foreign constructors must have their documents attested by the relevant Pakistani authorities and must enter into a joint venture with a PEC-registered Pakistani constructor. Firms must also be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and SRB, and provide all required certifications, affidavits, and litigation history as specified in the tender documents. A non-refundable fee of **Rs. 5,000** is required for bid document access. Earnest Money/Bid Security of **Rs. 15.5 million** must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited. All bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS 2.0 system, with scanned copies of the tender fee and bid security attached. The deadline for submission is **17 September 2026 at 11:00 AM**.
