Procurement of Food and Catering Services and Miscellaneous Hardware for Punjab Information Technology Board

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of food and catering services as well as miscellaneous hardware for various projects under a framework contract. The procurement is specifically for PITB projects in Lahore. Items being procured: - Food & Catering Services (Multiple quantity, Estimated Cost Rs. 40,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 800,000) - 3D ToF Camera Solution (Qty 01, Estimated Cost Rs. 2,500,000, Bid Security Rs. 50,000) - Miscellaneous Hardware (Multiple quantity, Estimated Cost Rs. 11,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 220,000) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit technical and financial separate bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 4th September 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day as per PPRA rules. Eligibility criteria include valid Income/Sales Tax registration and other documents as specified in the tender documents. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. The PITB management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
