Procurement of Food Hampers, Cooked Food with Crockery, and Non-Food Items for Flood Relief Camps

The Deputy Commissioner Layyah invites prequalification of firms/vendors registered with Federal Board of Revenue, Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax for procurement of flood and non-food items to support disaster relief during the monsoon season 2026-27. Items being procured: - Food Hampers containing Sugar (1-Kg), Dal Channa (1-Kg), Dal Mong (washed) (1-Kg), Dal Masoor (1-Kg), Rice (2-Kg), Roasted Channa (500-Grms), Mixed Pickle (500-Grms), Ghee (2-Kg), Salt (800-Grms), Red Chili Powdered (200-Grms), Turmeric Powder (50-Grms), Dry Milk (400-Grms), Tea (190-Grms), Atta (10-Kg), Drinking Water (1.5 Liters), Packing Material as per requirement - Cooked Food with Crockery including Chicken Curry Daig (10 KG), Rice + Chicken Daig (10 KG), Rice + Chana Daig (10 KG), Roti 100 Grm, Vegetable Salan Daig (10 KG), Dal Chana Daig (10 KG), Dal Masoor Daig (10 KG) - Non-Food Items including Cot (Charpal), Mosquito Nets, Plastic Mats (Chattal), Mattress (Bedding), Animal Fodder, Matchbox The food items must meet strict quality standards such as A grade quality, free from dust, mycotoxin, mud balls, and insect damage. Packing materials must be food grade and sealed properly. The cooked food will be delivered with crockery at relief camps. All relief items will be delivered by the vendor to flood relief camps as detailed in the bidding documents. The successful bidder will also provide a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract amount and sign a contract agreement before supply order issuance.
