Procurement of Stockable and Non-Stockable Food Items for PBM PSH Functional Sites in Sindh FY 2026-27

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi, is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of stockable and non-stockable food items for six PBM PSH functional sites located at Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Mirpurkhas, Shaheed Benazirabad, Khairpur, and Larkana for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to individuals, firms, distributors, manufacturers, companies, public or semi-public agencies, and general order suppliers who are FBR Income Tax and Sales Tax active. Items being procured: - LOT-I: Stockable Food Items (Earnest Money: PKR 1,488,234) - LOT-II: Non-stockable Food Items (Earnest Money: PKR 722,046) The technical scope covers the supply of both stockable and non-stockable food items as per the requirements of PBM for the designated sites. Bidders must ensure that all items meet the quality standards and are delivered to the specified locations after inspection by the committee. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for supplying the goods at the approved rates for the entire financial year 2026-2027. Eligibility criteria include active registration with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, submission of earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order as specified, and compliance with PPRA rules. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) available on the PBM and PPRA PADS websites. All bids are to be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System 2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk/) by 31-08-2026, 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the PBM Provincial Office Sindh, and the date for opening financial bids will be communicated to technically qualified bidders.
