Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department invites reputable firms to participate in the upgradation of forest development related training facilities and rehabilitation infrastructure at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad. This project is financed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Development Fund and aims to enhance the training environment for both instructors and trainees, as well as improve associated residential and community facilities.

- Trainee Sanitation & Community Facilities Works (Rs. 10.31 Million)
- Fire-Safety and Infrastructure Works (Rs. 14.77 Million)
- Facilities For Visiting Trainers and Officials Residential Facilities (Rs. 18.25 Million)
- Sports and Physical Training Rehabilitation and Upgradation (Rs. 11.84 Million)
- Rehabilitation and Renovation of Trainees Hostels (Rs. 25.74 Million)
- Administrative, Residential, Common-Facility & Security Works (Rs. 18.15 Million)
The technical scope covers comprehensive civil works, including new construction, renovation, fire safety upgrades, sanitation improvements, and the upgradation of sports and training facilities. All works must comply with the latest Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards and the Market Rate System (MRS-2025 1st Biannual). Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category, and provide valid SECP/Registrar of Firms registration, tax certificates, and a no-litigation affidavit. Earnest Money (Bid Security) as specified for each package must be submitted via Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Principal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad.
The deadline for electronic tender submission is **1st September, 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with opening on the same day at 12:30 PM. Bids must be uploaded through the EPADS portal, and original documents (including CDR) must be submitted in hard copy before the deadline.
