Fortification and Special Repair Works at Police Club (CPO) Peshawar

The Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Central Police Office in Peshawar, invites sealed bids via the E-PAD system for fortification and renovation works at the Central Police Office (CPO) Headquarters in Peshawar. This procurement is conducted under the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date, and is open to eligible contractors registered with KPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, enlisted with the C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Fortification and special repair works at Police Club (CPO) Peshawar The technical scope includes fortification and special repair works at the Police Club within the CPO premises. The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 91.23 Million. Contractors must be registered with PEC category C-4 and above. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of DIG Finance & Procurement, Peshawar. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-PAD system (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) with both technical and financial bids in two sealed envelopes, marked accordingly, and also submit a hard copy of the bid. The technical bid must be uploaded on the PPRA-EPADS portal and the original submitted in a sealed envelope. Additional bid security as per KPPRA notification is also required. The last date and time for submission of bids is 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical evaluation.
