Paint and Installation Works at Bagh-e-Quaid-i-Azam Boundary Wall

Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board (QMMB), under the National Heritage and Culture Division, Government of Pakistan, invites bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. The procurement follows clause-36(b) Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Paint to the Boundary Wall of Bagh-e-Quaid-i-Azam - Supply and Installation of Walkthrough Gates at Bagh-e-Quaid-i-Azam The works involve painting the boundary wall and installing walkthrough gates at the historic Bagh-e-Quaid-i-Azam site in Karachi. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and timely completion as per the schedule. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADs 2.0) accompanied by a scanned copy of bid security in the form of a Pay Order in the name of Honorary Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board, Karachi. Original bid security must be submitted to the Accounts Section of the Office of the Resident Engineer QMMB Karachi. Complete tender documents must be uploaded on EPADs 2.0 by 11:00am on 05th October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30am on the same day at the Office of the Resident Engineer QMMB Karachi, opposite Bab-e-Tanzeem, Corridor-III, New M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi-5, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only bids received through EPADs 2.0 will be entertained. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later.
