Frame Agreement for Janitorial Services across LTR-N, LTR-S and CTR (Central-I)

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) Lahore invites experienced bidders to submit sealed bids for a Frame Agreement for Janitorial Services covering LTR-N, LTR-S and CTR (Central-I) areas. The agreement will be signed with successful bidders after a competitive bidding process for a period of three years from contract signing date. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services across LTR-N - Janitorial Services across LTR-S - Janitorial Services across CTR (Central-I) The frame agreement is on a demand basis; PTCL does not guarantee purchase orders unless there is a firm requirement. Bidders must review the RFP pack and all annexures for complete scope before submission. Offered rates must include all taxes except GST/SST. Eligibility requires submission of a bid bond of **PKR 100,000** in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. PTCL reserves the right to reject or annul bids without liability.
