Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids for a Frame Agreement for Janitorial Services at its Regional Office located opposite Education Board, Sialkot Bypass Road, Gujranwala. The agreement covers janitorial services across the Gujranwala and Sialkot regions (GTR & SLTR) for a period of three years from the contract signing date.
