Frame Work Contract for Miscellaneous Stationery, Sanitary Items, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment Repair, Uniform and Office Items

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge Khushab invites sealed bids from well reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System for a Frame Work Contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes the following items: - Miscellaneous Stationery Items - Miscellaneous Sanitary Items - Computer Stationery (Cartridges, Tonners, Ink etc) - Repair of IT Equipments (Drums, PCR, Rollers etc) - Uniform - Miscellaneous Office Items (Table Glass, Table Set, Blazers etc) This contract covers supply and repair services for the listed items to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge Khushab located in Khushab city, Punjab. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with all relevant tax registrations including PRA, Professional Tax, Income Tax, and Sales Tax. The bid security is set at 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 145,000, and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids will be received electronically on 08.10.2026 by 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the office of the Chairman Purchase Committee. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The rates offered must be inclusive of GST/PRA and valid for 60 days from the date of tender opening. The successful bidder will provide a performance/bank guarantee up to 10% of the contract value and will sign a rate contract for supplies on an as-and-when-needed basis throughout the financial year 2026-27.
