Frame Work Contract for Local Purchase of Medicines for Government General Hospital Samanabad Lahore F/Y 2026-2027

The Government General Hospital Samanabad Lahore invites single stage two envelope e-bids through EP Punjab from financially sound and reputable firms/agencies involved in pharmacy business with a valid retail drug sale license (Category A) on Form 9 for supply of drugs, medicines, and surgical disposables under a Framework Contract for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Frame Work contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (Multi National) Reference list of items placed at Annex "A" - Frame Work contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (National) Reference list of items placed at Annex "B" - Frame Work contract for Local Purchase of Medicines (Medical Devices and Surgical Disposables) Reference list of items placed at Annex "C" The contracts cover supply of medicines including multinational and national drugs, medical devices, and surgical disposables for the hospital. Bids will be processed on the basis of maximum discount percentage from retail price fixed by DRAP in light of Punjab Health & Population Department guidelines dated 1 June 2026. Bidders must quote discounts against the market price notified by Drug Control Wing Punjab. Original instruments must be submitted in hard copy to the Medical Superintendent office before bid opening. Hard copies will be accepted only if e-bids are successful and verified. Funding is provided by the Government of Punjab through the District Health Authority/Health Council and Health Insurance Program. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
