Frame Work Contract for Various Supplies and Services by District Council Lodhran

District Council Lodhran invites sealed bids for a Frame Work Contract through E-Procurement from contractors enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must submit bids via E-Procurement by 5th August 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM the same day. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order from scheduled banks in Punjab is mandatory. Lowest bidders quoting below estimated cost must deposit additional performance security. GPS-tagged photographs of work progress are required daily. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
