Frame Work Contract for Miscellaneous Purchases and Repairs

The SP Battalion Commander, Battalion No.4, PC, Faisalabad is inviting sealed bids from well reputed and financially sound firms for a frame work contract covering a variety of miscellaneous purchases and repair works for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and requires bidders to be registered on e-PADS with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Items being procured: - Frame work Contract for Purchase of Office Stationery - Frame work Contract for Purchase of Computer Stationery Items - Frame work Contract for purchase of Misc. Store Items - Frame work Contract for Repair of Police Vehicles Purchase of Tyres & Tubes, Batteries, Spare Parts, Filters, etc - Frame work Contract for Residential/Other Building - Frame work Contract for Repair of Machinery & Equipment's and Office Furniture - Frame work Contract for Furniture & Fixture - Frame work Contract for purchase of Software - Frame work Contract for Printing articles - Frame work Contract for Uniform & Protective Cloths The scope includes supply of office and computer stationery, miscellaneous store items, vehicle repair parts including tyres, tubes, batteries, and filters, residential and other building maintenance, machinery and office furniture repair, furniture and fixtures, software procurement, printing articles, and uniforms and protective clothing. The contract is on a FOR basis and covers the entire Faisalabad area. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC registration, NTN, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax registration. A performance certificate on stamp paper amounting to Rs. 1200/- is required to confirm the bidder is not defaulter or disqualified. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Demand Draft equal to 5% of the total cost of store as Performance Guarantee is mandatory. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-procurement system before the closing date. The closing date for submission is **10-08-2026** by 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of the SP Battalion Commander, PC, Faisalabad. All rates should be inclusive of GST/PST and valid until 30-06-2027.
