Tender Description
The Police Department Dolphin Lahore is inviting bids for a frame work contract covering a wide range of supplies and repair services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and targets well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, and Professional Tax authorities. The procurement is lot-wise and open to firms compliant with all tax regulations including Punjab Sales Tax where applicable.

The scope includes supply and repair of office and computer stationery, printing and publication services, transport repair and purchase, fuel and lubricants, machinery and plant equipment repair and purchase, furniture repair and purchase, and advertising services. The contract is comprehensive and requires bidders to submit a single package containing both technical and financial bids online through the E-Procurement Punjab system. Earnest money in the form of 3% CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft is mandatory. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract value will be required upon acceptance.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. The tendering process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The deadline for bid submission is 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Late bids will not be accepted. The bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA and E-Procurement Punjab websites.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical bid is complete with all required documents and samples/brochures as incomplete submissions will be rejected. Early submission is advised to avoid last-minute technical issues on the E-Procurement portal.
