Procurement of Furniture for NDB Station Chhor and Lounge Furniture for BNB Sukkur Airport

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of furniture for NDB Station Chhor and lounge furniture for BNB Sukkur Airport under reference number P111607. Items being procured include for Lot-1 (Office NDB Station Chhor): - Office Table (1 set) - Sofa 2 Seater (1 set) - Sofa 3 Seater (1 set) - Dining Table with six chairs (1 set) - Steel Almirah (2 sets) - Double Bed with Mattress (2 sets) - Office Chairs (6 sets) For Lot-2 (Lounge BNB Sukkur): - Center Table (15 sets) - Sofa 2 Seater (15 sets) - Sofa 3 Seater (15 sets) - Sofa Single Seater (30 sets) - Side Table Wooden Glass Top (30 sets) The furniture must meet detailed technical specifications including materials such as mahogany wood, leatherette upholstery, and steel almirahs with anti-rust coating. The supplier must be a furniture manufacturer with ISO-9001 certification and have a flagship showroom in Karachi. Samples or showroom visits for technical evaluation are mandatory at no cost to PAA. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline of September 29, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. The bid validity period is 180 days. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees after delivery and acceptance. The delivery period is 45 days from contract signing or letter of intent.
