The Health & Population Department, THQ Hospital Samundri, Faisalabad, invites E-Bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System from eligible bidders including registered pharmacies with valid license form no.9 in District Faisalabad and registered manufacturers authorized sales & service dealers with valid NTN, GST/ PRA registration for the supply of mentioned items. Items being procured: - Frame Work Contract for Transportation for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for General OT items for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for General Store Cardiac items for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for Miscellaneous General Store items for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for Physiotherapy items for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for LP Day to Day medicine and surgical disposable items, Dialysis items and UHH medicines for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for linen items for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for Dental items for THQ Hospital Samundri - Frame Work Contract for minor Repairing Civil Work for THQ Hospital Samundri The contracts cover a wide range of medical and support services including transportation, operation theatre supplies, cardiac and miscellaneous store items, physiotherapy equipment, medicines and surgical disposables, dialysis items, linen, dental supplies, and minor civil repair works at the hospital. Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement under the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope method. All technical and financial bids must be uploaded lot-wise before the closing date and time, 02-09-2026 till 09:00 am. Eligible bidders must have valid registration with FBR and relevant authorities, and provide a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot. Bid validity is 120 days. Bids will be opened on 02-09-2026 at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
