Frame Work Contract for Various Supplies and Services by Police Department Lahore Region

The Police Department, Regional Office, Crime Control Department Lahore Region, invites E-Bids based on a Frame Work Contract under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable), and Professional Tax. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding on a lot-wise basis. Items being procured: - Hot & Cold supplies (Estimated Cost: Rs. 1 Million) - Office Stationery (Rs. 6 Million) - Printing & Publication (Rs. 6 Million) - Advertisement (Rs. 2 Million) - Computer Stationery (Rs. 6 Million) - Miscellaneous and Others including Covid Items (Rs. 65 Million) - Investigation Crime Scene Items (Rs. 10 Million) - Sports Items (Rs. 1 Million) - Beds & Boxes (Purchase) (Rs. 1 Million) - Tent & Tarpaulins including Repair (Rs. 1 Million) - Road Safety (Rs. 1 Million) - Repair of Machinery & Equipment (Rs. 3 Million) - Repair of Furniture Fixture (Rs. 2 Million) - Plant & Machinery (Purchase) (Rs. 30 Million) - Furniture & Fixture (Purchase) (Rs. 35 Million) - Hardware (Purchase) (Rs. 2.5 Million) - Software (Purchase) (Rs. 2.5 Million) - POL Charges (Lubricants/Mobil Oil) (Rs. 5 Million) - Transport Repair (Purchase Batteries, Tyres, Air Filters & Oil Filters) (Rs. 25 Million) The scope covers procurement of a wide range of supplies and services including office and computer stationery, printing, advertisement, crime scene investigation items, sports goods, furniture, machinery, hardware, software, and transport repair items. The contract will be executed under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 with a single stage two envelope bidding process. Technical samples or brochures for each item are mandatory and will be evaluated. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities and to submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Regional Officer, CCD Lahore. Performance guarantee up to 10% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of the tender. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk by 12 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late submissions will not be accepted.
